Mentorship Work Group

  • The NASPAG Antiracism Committee and the NASPAG Research Committee are excited to roll out the NASPAG Mentoring Families Program for 2023-2024! 

    The goal of the NASPAG Mentoring Families is to connect individuals interested in the field of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology of all backgrounds, specialties, and levels of training.  

    • Each Mentorship Family will be comprised of individuals from varied levels of experience ranging from trainees to Professor.
    • The structure of the program is based on the concept of multidirectional exchange of support and ideas. 
    • Every family member has an opportunity to both learn and contribute regardless of background or level of training. 
    • Families are empowered to identify and achieve individualized goals that meet the needs of their unique members. 
       

    This program is designed as a year-long commitment to a Mentoring Family of 5-6 individuals. 

    Mentoring Families will be formed in late Spring 2023 and we will be kicking off the program with a group wide event in early Summer 2023.
