Albert Altcheck, MD, Ob/Gyn, New York. Executive Board, wrote a PAG textbook entitled, Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology; Comprehensive  Therapy – 1995.

Susan Coupey, MD, Adolescent Medicine. New York. A member of the NASPAG Board of Directors continuously for 12 years from 1993 through 2004, including a three-year term as a Member-at-Large, Secretary for six years, three years as President-elect, President, and Immediate Past President. Chief Emeritus, Division of Adolescent Medicine,  and Professor of Pediatrics, Department of Pediatrics, Children's Hospital at Montefiore, the University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine. 

Ezra Davidson, MD, Ob/Gyn. Los Angeles, CA. Executive Board, Past President- NASPAG. Department Chairperson-Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science.  American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Past President.

S. Jean Emans, MD, Adolescent Medicine, Executive Board, Past President- NASPAG. The Mary Ellen Avery Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, Emeritus Chief of the Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine, the Robert Masland Jr. Chair in Adolescent Medicine, Co-Director of the Center for Young Women’s Health. Co-authored the textbook Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (1st edition, 1977, Emans SJ and Goldstein DP; now in the 7th edition, 2020). 

Gita Gidwani, MD, Ob/Gyn, Cleveland, OH. First Secretary, First Woman President - NASPAG.  She went to London in July 1980 to train with Sir John Dewhurst in PAG. She also was among the first board members of FIGIJ.

Alvin Goldfarb, MD, REI, Jefferson Hospital, Phila., became the first Executive Director, from 1986 to 2003. Also, the first President of NASPAG- 1986 - 1990.

Donald Goldstein, MD, Gynecologic Surgeon. Boston, Mass. Executive Board. Boston Children’s Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology, Harvard Medical School. He was the ‘galvanizer’ to get the first clinical meeting organized. Co-authored a textbook - Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (First edition, 1977, with SJ Emans; now in the 7th edition, 2020). 

Peter Lee, MD, PhD. Pediatric Endocrinologist. Hershey Penn State Medical Center Secretary. Hosted an ACRM in Pittsburgh. Professor of Pediatrics, Member of Pediatric Endocrine Society Special Interest Group for Differences of Sex Development. He has written on the treatment of intersex conditions for over 20 years. Coauthored the Consensus Statement on Management of Intersex Disorders, I A Hughes, C Houk, S F Ahmed, P A Lee, and LWPES1/ESPE2 Consensus Group. Arch Dis Child. 2006 Jul; 91(7): 554–563. Published online 2006 Apr 19. doi: 10.1136/adc.2006.098319.   Awarded the Judson Van Wyk Award from the Pediatric Endocrine Society, for more than 50 years of patient care, education, and research regarding DSD, CAH, and other endocrinologic disorders. 

Paul McDonough, MD, REI, Genetics, Augusta, GA. Executive Board. Past President -  NASPAG. Also, Past President of the  American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Trained many REI Fellows.  

David Muram, MD, Ob/Gyn, Indiana. First Treasurer, Past President - NASPAG, specialized in sexual abuse. Later left clinical practice to join Eli Lily. 

Susan Pokorny, MD. Ob/Gyn, Houston, Texas. 7 th Past President- NASPAG. Trained medical students, residents, and colleagues on anatomical variations in young female genital anatomy and how to perform genital examinations on children and adolescents without traumatizing them. Retired Associate Professor, Baylor College of Medicine, Depts Ob/Gyn and Pediatrics.

Richard Reindolllar, MD, REI. Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Vice  President, Past President-  NASPAG, ASRM Chief Executive Officer.

Joseph S. Sanfilippo, MD, MBA, REI, Pittsburgh, PA.  Executive Board, Past President -  NASPAG. The third Executive Director. The second JPAG Editor. Edited 5 textbooks in PAG. ASRM Past President

John Spence, MD, Gynecologic Surgeon. Canada. Executive Board. Expertise in the management of mullerian anomalies
