Pilot Series | Fall 2026

NASPAG Case Rounds is a recurring, members-only virtual forum designed to bring the NASPAG community together around the clinical questions that matter most to our patients and to our growth as pediatric and adolescent gynecology specialists. The goal of the program is to create a safe, collegial, and educationally rigorous space where NASPAG members at every career stage can present challenging cases, refine clinical reasoning, and learn from the collective expertise of the NASPAG community.

Why Participate? 

NASPAG PAG Case Rounds brings together members at every career stage to discuss challenging clinical cases, share perspectives, and learn from the collective expertise of the pediatric and adolescent gynecology community

  • Explore real-world clinical challenges through interactive case-based discussion.
  • Learn practical approaches to diagnosis, medical management, and surgical decision-making.
  • Hear insights from rotating expert faculty and experienced colleagues.

  • Connect with colleagues across the NASPAG community in a confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
  • Presenters will have the opportunity to list their presentation on their CV. See example below:

Session Agenda

  • 2 min: Welcome, confidentiality statement, and ground rules
  • 10–15 min: Case Presentation #1
  • 10–15 min: Moderated discussion with expert commentary
  • 10–15 min: Case Presentation #2
  • 10–15 min: Moderated discussion with expert commentary
  • 2 min: Key teaching points, wrap-up, and reminder to submit future cases

Submit A Case

We welcome any clinically challenging or educationally valuable case within the scope of pediatric and adolescent gynecology, including:

  • Diagnostic uncertainty
  • Medical management dilemmas
  • Surgical planning
  • Imaging or pathology interpretation
  • Rare or unusual presentations
  • Challenging clinical decision-making

If you've had a case that raised uncertainty, kept you up at night, or made you wish you had an expert colleague to call, we'd love to hear it. No case is too basic, and no question is too complex. Our goal is shared learning—not evaluation of the presenting clinician.

Submit your de-identified case through the secure online form at least one week before the scheduled session. 

All submitted cases are reviewed by the Moderator and at least one expert prior to the session to ensure appropriate de-identification and educational fit.  Accepted presenters will receive presentation instructions and a PowerPoint template.

Confidentiality & Ground Rules

To foster open discussion while protecting patient privacy:

  • All cases must be fully de-identified in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Please do not request or disclose identifying patient information.
  • Recording or distribution of session content is strictly prohibited.
  • Respectful discussion is expected. We critique ideas—not people.
  • This is an educational forum. Recommendations shared should not replace individual clinical judgment or institutional policies.
