Levels of Support

 

Exhibit (Table Top)

Nonprofit Organizations (self-staffed tabletop) - $2,000
For profit Organizations (self-staffed tabletop) - $2,250
 
Skirted tabletop exhibit space is provided.
Materials can be displayed at exhibit table only and in no other location.

Note: Distribution of gifts, i.e. pens, etc., is prohibited due to CPD regulations.

Welcome Reception

Support includes dedicated signage during the reception and inclusion on the meeting website. The sponsor may provide brief welcome remarks.

Help create an interactive social experience by sponsoring our Social Engagement! Your company will be featured in select social posts prior to the conference and during.

Delegate Bag
$3,500 (multiple sponsors)
Each attendee will receive their registration material in a 36th Annual Clinical & Research delegate bag. These bags are highly visible to all attendees.
Recognition: Corporate name on outside of bag*.

Each attendee will receive their registration material in a 36th Annual Clinical & Research delegate bag.  Your material(s) will be included for attendees to review.
 
Lanyard
$1,500
Each attendee will receive a lanyard branded with your corporate logo. These will also be highly visible to all attendees.  (Sponsor will supply the lanyard)
 

Charging Station
$2,500
Help the attendees stay connected by sponsoring the Charging Station, to be located on the 4th level. Sponsor’s logo will be located on signage.

Educational Support Opportunities

Sponsored Workshop Product Theater 
$10,000 Exclusive, $5,000 Shared
 Position your organization as an industry expert and help educate the attendees with your own education session.  These sessions can be CME or non-CME, and are to be held during the following designated time periods:

Saturday, March 25 | 11:40 AM -12:25 PM   (Exclusive)
                                  12:35 PM - 1:20 PM   (1) PAG, (1) Adolescent Medicine

These will take place in our General Session Room.  Standard AV is included.  Food and Beverages are the responsibility of the sponsor.

Simulation Center
$1,500 per Table Unit
The Simulation Center will be marketed to all ACRM 2023 attendees. Now you can engage with attending PAG and Adolescent Medicine professionals in a dedicated one-on-one educational setting demonstrating your technology.

 Saturday, March 25 | Lunch (12:35 PM - 1:20 PM)
Benefits: 
Simulation Center unit packages include a 6’ draped table, 3 chairs, and 1-10amp
 Each participating company receives company name, logo, 50-word description, and photo(s) of the equipment being demonstrated in the Simulation Center of the APP

 Align your organization with the leading pediatric and adolescent gynecology education.  Educational grants help provide the support necessary to provide high quality, educational program.
